I so enjoyed participating as a panelist in the Protecting Home Values event hosted by CT Women United. Award winning moderator E.D. Hill asked a broad range of penetrating questions of four experienced real estate agents. The session began with recognizing properties sold well over asking price and ended on the same upbeat and positive note as the audience absorbed and echoed the strengths of Greenwich. Keen on supporting cherished commercial businesses, committing to continued excellence in schooling, armed with ideas for improving values and relishing natural beauty and location, the audience appreciated the optimism and visions of Greenwich as the new Brooklyn for millennials moving out of tight spaces and escaping soaring costs in favor of the natural beauty and healthy lifestyle found in all of Greenwich.
