Service and Gratitude

Memorial Day Event in Greenwich
Greenwich has extraordinary people.  I am filled with gratitude.  I attended the American Legion Greenwich Post 29 Memorial Day Dockside Service at Indian Harbor Yacht Club on the Long Island Sound held in honor of all the brace men and women who have given their lives in defense of our nation.
The event, the participants and the sentiments left me moved, humble and proud.  Thank you for dedicating your hearts, minds, body and souls in defense of our nation, our common home.

The fundamental real property right to quiet peaceful enjoyment of your home is but one of many blessings our honorable men and women in service have secured for us.  Their gift is a daily inspiration to me as I help families, protect assets, fulfill dreams and advise others as they buy and sell real estate in this land of the free.

At Merrill Lynch I covered the World Trade Center securitization, lived through the day and worked adjacent to the destruction in service of our investors in the transaction (they were fully repaid).  I will never forget and be ever mindful of every blessed day of quiet peaceful enjoyment.  bb

Open Houses

Saturday, June 2nd:  I will be hosting an open house at 36 Perkins Road, Greenwich CT from 2:00 to 4:00PM. The down-to-studs renovation of this 7,467 square foot home is alluring.
