There are a limited number (29) of Open Houses on Sunday June 19th.

Demand continues to remain stronger for lower price points than last year, with the average sales price in May near $2.2 million compared to last year which which was close to $2.75 million. At the lower price points, competitive bidding continues, while higher price point and obsolete inventory continues to try to attract traffic.
