In April there were 38 single family closings. Of those, 20 were in the Greenwich proper area, 9 in Riverside, 6 in Old Greenwich and 3 in Cos Cob. The average sales price was $2.2 million. On average the homes were on the market 196 days and sold at 96% of asking price. (Contact me for access to my March Closings Report).
