Most of the listings are in eastern Greenwich. Over the prior 365 days, there have been 114 sales throughout Greenwich, for an absorption rate of over 9 sales per month in this category. Supply is anticipated to increase continuing into the Spring Market. Demand is also highest in the Spring, with many homeowners looking to close in time to perform needed construction over the summer with completion prior to the start of the school year.
